Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required and 4+ years of experience in project management, product development, engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Experience leading New Product Development (NPD) projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries; PMP is a plus.

Join a cross-functional team responsible for leading the execution of new product development initiatives from concept through launch. Required Qualifications

  • Experience using project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience leading projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working in medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Master’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Puerto Rico: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
  • USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
  • US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
  • US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
  • US15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual
  • US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
  • US30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
