Job summary

Logisnext Americas Inc. in Houston is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive the New Product Program launches for Energy and Connected Solutions.

You will lead a cross-functional team through design, manufacturing, testing, and RTS sign-off, coordinating with engineering, sales, and production to meet schedules and budgets. The role requires 7–10 years in PM/engineering/product mgmt, strong communication, and a track record with stage-gate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years in PM, engineering, or product mgmt.
• Experience with stage-gate processes in product development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPP production launch from Gate 50 to RTS for Houston and Marengo products.
• Guide cross-functional teams through design, manufacturing, validation, and release stages.
• Develop and maintain project master schedules.
• Manage day-to-day project scope and priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, sales, and production to meet sales orders and budgets.
• Communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
