Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of engineering design experience.
• 2+ years leading technical or engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple New Product Development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Facilitate design reviews, milestone meetings, and project gate reviews.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Monitor progress and report status to leadership with accountability.
• Coordinate engineering testing, prototyping, validation, and product launch activities.
• Leverage engineering expertise to solve complex challenges and ensure quality.
