Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of engineering design experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading technical or engineering projects.
• Background managing schedules and budgets.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from concept through launch.
• Build and manage schedules, budgets, and project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering and operations.
• Facilitate design reviews, milestone meetings, and gate reviews.
• Track project risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to leadership.
• Support prototyping, testing, validation, and launch activities.
• Serve as a technical resource for project execution decisions.
• Ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
