Job summary

Binks US LLC in Shoreview, MN is seeking an NPD Project Manager to lead new product development from conception through completion. This full-time role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages scope, schedule and budget, and ensures regulatory and engineering standards are met.

The role focuses on planning, estimation, risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related technical field.
• 3+ years in program or project management within R&D or engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Understanding of the R&D lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
• PM tools experience, e.g., MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to deliver new products.
• Define scope, deliverables and milestones with stakeholders and Product Managers.
• Manage multiple R&D projects, ensuring schedule, scope and budget adherence.
• Facilitate meetings, track progress, and mitigate risks or bottlenecks.
• Ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs and priorities.
• Provide regular updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Foster cross-department collaboration within project teams.
• Monitor costs and ensure financial accountability.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to project success.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and lessons learned.
• Coordinate regulatory processes and documentation for regulated markets.
