Qualifications

• Proven experience leading NPD engineering teams and taking products from concept through launch.
• Strong project leadership skills, including schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Solid foundation in mechanical/product engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle.
• Drive commercialization by partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.
• Lead design verification/validation activities and manage project scope.
