Intralox’s New Product Development Food Business Unit in New Orleans is seeking a technically sharp project manager to drive the development of modular plastic belting solutions for a global food industry. You will collaborate with mechanical engineers, mold designers, application experts, and manufacturing partners to turn concepts into production-ready systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivery-focused environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through launch.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and end-user requirements.
