Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking an NPD Generalist to support lifelong learners in an inter-professional healthcare education environment. The role focuses on bridging knowledge gaps through instructional design and leading evidence-based practice within a hospital and/or School of Nursing setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Texas RN license, and BLS certification, with 3+ years in clinical nursing and adult education theory. NPD certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of Nursing required.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification (BLS).
• NPD Certification or Certified Nurse Educator preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in clinical nursing practice and application of adult education theory in a hospital and/or School of Nursing.
