Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center, the flagship hospital of Methodist Health System in Dallas, seeks a Nursing Professional Development Generalist to support inter-professional learning and ongoing clinician education. In this 40-hour week role, you will facilitate learning, act as change agent, mentor peers, lead practice transitions, and promote evidence-based practice across units.

Requirements include a BSN, Texas nursing license, BLS certification, and 3+ years of clinical nursing with adult

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree of Nursing required.
Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification.
NPD Certification or Certified Nurse Educator preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in clinical nursing practice and application of adult education theory in a hospital and/or School of Nursing.
