• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering with hands-on prototyping.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Provide hands-on design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
• Manage priorities and resources across multiple development programs.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support manufacturing transition.
• Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes.
