Henderson Group in the Binghamton, NY area is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development. The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership, guiding a multidisciplinary team through concept, prototyping, validation, and production release.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3+ years of product development experience, and strong communication and mentorship skills. CAD/PDM experience with Creo and Windchill is preferred, with an emphasis on collaborative

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering experience with hands-on prototyping.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
• Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support product development and manufacturing transition.
• Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes.
