Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor – New Product Development for the Binghamton, NY area.

This hands-on leadership role blends design, prototyping, testing, and product launch responsibilities while guiding a multidisciplinary team of design, development, and test engineers. You will drive NPD from concept through validation and production release, mentor engineers, manage priorities across programs, and partner with operations, quality and applications to ensure

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering experience with strong hands-on prototyping skills.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
