Top Echelon Software, LLC in the Binghamton, NY area is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development who will lead a multidisciplinary team of design, development, and test engineers while remaining hands-on in prototyping and testing.

The role oversees concepts through validation and production release, coordinates with Operations and Quality, and drives process improvements in prototyping and development. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in product development are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
3+ years of product development engineering experience with hands-on prototyping.
Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
Provide hands-on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.
Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support product development and manufacturing transition.
Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes.
