Job summary

Kdc One is seeking a dedicated chemist to drive new product development in the lab, document activities per SOPs, and ensure regulatory alignment. You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to scale formulations while maintaining color and fragrance standards.

The role requires hands-on formulation experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related biological science.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to work around fragrance daily and visually match color.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of product development from ideation to launch.
• Ensure resources meet targets and cost per specifications.
• Maintain thorough lab documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Work with manufacturing to transition formulas from lab to plant scale.
• Provide scientific expertise on new ingredients and process changes.
