Job summary

LA28 is seeking an Associate, NPC Relations and Planning to join the NCS team in Los Angeles. You will cultivate relationships with Paralympic committees, help plan services, and coordinate across 8–10 internal areas while supporting NPC visits and readiness activities.

You will work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles, communicating in Spanish with officials and delegations, and contribute to pre-games readiness and Games-time operations within an international context.

Qualifications

• Must have strong client-facing relationship skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across international environments.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish for communications with committees and delegations.
• Able to support planning, discovery sessions, and milestone tracking across functions.
• Familiarity with IOC/IPC guidelines and the NPC client environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with 15–25 National Paralympic Committees, ensuring timely communications.
• Support production and distribution of client documents and resources; manage escalation paths.
• Build cross-functional links with 8–10 functional areas; assist in discovery meetings and planning sessions.
• Monitor the athlete journey and track milestones across NCS and other functions.
• Assist NPC visits and Pre-Games readiness activities; act as a Games-time contact in the NCS Service Center.
• Support workshops, seminars, or operations centers for large events.
