Key Responsibilities

• Foster and assist in facilitating the intellectual and social development of our K-12 students and families
• Implement best practices in childhood and family engagement

Qualifications

Ideal Candidates Have:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Certified or eligible for certification in Maryland at the LCSW-C level (preferred)
• Hold or be eligible for a Social Worker certificate in Maryland (can be applied for post-hire)
• Certified or eligible for certification in crisis management
• Certified or eligible for certification in CPR/First Aid
• Passion for working with children with diverse abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
