Qualifications

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work

  • Certification or eligibility for certification in Maryland at the LCSW-C level (preferred)

  • Hold or be eligible for a Social Worker certificate in Maryland (post-hire application)

  • Certification in crisis management

  • CPR/First Aid certification or eligibility

  • Passion for working with children with diverse abilities

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
