Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with geriatric focus.
• Oregon NP license (or ability to obtain during credentialing).
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and consultative care for adults 65+.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life for seniors.
• Serve as primary care provider and consultant in a geriatrics-focused SHWC.

Senior Health & Wellness Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Barger Clinic – Eugene, Oregon

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced full-time Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Gerontological Nurse Practitioner (GNP), or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with an interest in geriatric medicine to join our Senior Health & Wellness Center (SHWC) team at Barger Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care for older adults and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving quality of life for seniors.

About the Senior Health & Wellness Center

The SHWC is an outpatient geriatrics clinic providing primary and consultative care for adults aged 65 and older. Nurse practitioners serve as primary care providers and consultants to meet the needs of an expanding older adult population.

Our multidisciplinary team offers:

Compensation & Benefits
