Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision‑making skills, works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health‑care professionals. Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. This position will assist our patients by utilizing a strong team‑based approach to care, with a high integration of APP and MDs for the clinic, and inpatient and dialysis units for all three phases of nephrology care.
Up to 0.4 FTE per pay period. 5% clinic work, 5% hospital work, 90% dialysis rounding.
Variable start and end times due to travel. Candidate could live near Virginia, Minnesota or Grand Rapids, Minnesota; travel is involved.
12 in office, 12‑15 in dialysis. Adult patients only (18+)
