Job summary

Mindful Support Services seeks a Medical Office Administrator (Nurse Practitioner Liaison) to serve as first-tier support for prescriber-level provider members in our Seattle headquarters. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and timely responses to providers, pharmacies, and clients.

Based in the 100% in-office Northgate location, this position includes scheduling expertise, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing collaboration with NP/MD teams to support growth and service excellence in

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email to clients and providers.
• Train to be an expert in NP/MD practice including coding, schedule management, prescribing and lab platforms.
• Process a high volume of inbound and outbound records requests to support coordination of care.
• Build genuine relationships based on trust, ensuring a personalized and meaningful experience.
• Maintain HIPAA guidelines and ensure PHI is secure.
