Life Plan Community in the Atlanta area is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide high-quality geriatric care within its collaborative on-campus clinical team. You will manage primary care and walk-in visits for residents across the senior living campus, collaborating with geriatric physicians and a Medical Director, while serving as the lead provider in the clinic.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30–5 with a dedicated team in a premier Life Plan

Life Plan Community is looking to hire an NP to provide high-quality, relationship-driven geriatric care within its collaborative on-campus clinical team in the Atlanta, Georgia area! 20 miles NE of Atlanta.
