NP Now, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a premier Life Plan Community in Stone Mountain, GA. You will work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30–5, delivering holistic geriatric primary care to residents and coordinating with a physician and medical director.

Expect a collaborative, on-campus clinic environment with 10–12 patients per day; competitive salary ($110,000–$120,000) and comprehensive benefits. GA licensure required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP with GA license.
• 1+ year of geriatric patient care experience.
• Licensed to practice in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-12 patients per day in clinic.

Your Role with the Company:

Full-time, M-F, 8:30-5

APRN will manage patients living in the Senior living community in a clinic setting seeing 10-12 patients/day for primary care and walk-in appointments

Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a Physician and Medical Director, but will be the lead provider in the clinic

Background Profile:

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner/APRN/NP 1+ year of experience working with geriatric patients GA licensed
