Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations within the program and ensures initiatives follow policies and regulations.
• Recruits, orients, trains, coaches, counsels, mentors, disciplines, and evaluates staff per internal policies.
• Develops and manages the departmental budget with financial responsibility and oversight.
• Plans, develops, and maintains departmental standard operating procedures and updates policies as needed.
• Coordinates educational and performance improvement activities with nursing, medical, and quality leadership.
