Synthires is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to contribute to advanced AI research and evaluation projects involving clinical reasoning, patient care, and healthcare decision-making. You will evaluate AI-generated clinical content, assess diagnostic and treatment recommendations, and provide detailed feedback to improve accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability.

This role requires 4+ years of NP experience, active licensure, and a commitment of 20+ hours per week.

Qualificações

• Active NP license with graduate-level education.
• Experience diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, and chronic conditions.
• Strong clinical workflows, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice.
