Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to evaluate and improve AI-generated clinical content and workflows across acute and chronic care. You will apply your clinical expertise to assess diagnosis, treatment, and patient care elements within AI systems, working as an independent contractor.

Position offers an advertised rate of $120–$150 per hour, with an initial task-based payment and potential transition to hourly pay after first-task approval.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), APRN, FNP, ACNP, PNP, or related advanced nursing role.
• Active RN licensure and specialized graduate education in nursing.
• Experience diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.
• Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient education for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-driven responses based on clinical reasoning, adherence to guidelines, and diagnostic soundness.
• Review clinical scenarios involving diagnosis, treatment planning, medication decisions, and patient education.
• Provide expert feedback to improve the quality and reliability of AI outputs.
