Job summary

Nexa Motion Group in Walton Hills, OH is seeking a forward-thinking HR professional to design and implement learning and leadership development programs that align with business goals.

You will drive talent management, create engaging learning experiences, and partner with leaders to boost engagement and organizational effectiveness across multiple sites.

This hybrid role requires 2 days in the Home Office and occasional travel to branch locations to support hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, or a related field required.
• At least two years of training and instructional design experience required.
• Prior experience in teaching or facilitating training programs preferred.
• Experience in LMS administration and eLearning creation is a plus.
• SHRM or PHR preferred.
