Marathon Staffing is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Delano, PA. This is a long-term, full-time role with a path to permanent placement.

You will set up and operate production machinery, load materials, monitor quality, and follow schedules to meet output goals. The position offers 1st shift hours, potential overtime, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Previous Machine Operator experience required.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work safely and read/work from instructions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining workflow.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for quality.
• Follow production schedules to meet output goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.

If you're a dependable operator with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and safety, we want to hear from you! These are long-term, full-time positions with the opportunity for growth.

Job Details:

• This is a great temp to hire opportunity!
• 1st Shift Monday to Friday(40 + OT)and Saturdays may be required, depending on work volume.Stable first-shift schedule with no Sunday work
• Pay:Starting at $17 per hour!
