Job summary

Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a long-term, full-time role in Delano, PA. The position offers a first-shift schedule with overtime and potential for growth.

Starting pay is $17 per hour, with weekly pay and immediate health insurance options upon hire. The ideal candidate will set up and operate machinery, load/unload materials, monitor performance, and ensure product quality while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous Machine Operator experience is required.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining efficient workflow.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Follow daily production schedules to meet output goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• 1st Shift Monday to Friday(40 + OT)and Saturdays may be required, depending on work volume.Stable first-shift schedule with no Sunday work
