Job summary

Accelera is hiring a Machine Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Earn between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour with weekly pay, benefits from day one, and overtime potential as you help keep production running smoothly.

You will manage production machinery, perform quality checks, adjust settings, and record logs in a safe, team-oriented environment with a clear path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Background in industrial, warehouse, assembly, or machine operation roles is a plus.
• Demonstrate mechanical inclination and the capacity to master new equipment.
• Proficiency in utilizing measurement instruments and interpreting technical guides.
• Physical capability to remain standing, walking, and lifting during your shift.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy to ensure top-tier product quality.
• Consistent punctuality and a dedicated professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and accept overtime assignments.
