Marathon Staffing Group is hiring experienced Machine Operators in Delano, PA. This is a long-term, full-time position with a starting pay of $17 per hour and opportunities for growth.

The role requires operating machinery, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining production schedules with a focus on quality and safety. Ideal candidates will have prior machine operator experience, be able to read instructions, lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous Machine Operator experience is required.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining efficient workflow.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Follow daily production schedules to meet output goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned
