The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, and documenting communications, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth in a nationally recognized organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
• A demonstrated customer-service approach to work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents and providers; must read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and housekeeping services.
• Assist residents in developing or executing independent living skills.
• Provide written and/or electronic communication.
• Accompany residents to appointments via van transport when necessary.

DSP Responsibilities

• Personal care and housekeeping services
