Right at Home Palm Beach seeks compassionate CNAs and HHAs for Lake Worth, FL to provide in-home care. This role supports daily living activities, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, with a focus on comfort and safety in the patient’s home.

You will perform personal care, accompany appointments, manage medications reminders, and assist with exercises. Benefits include paid training, mileage reimbursement, and paid time for holidays and travel between clients.

Qualificações

• CNA license or HHA certificate required. Palm Beach County badge for HHAs (no exceptions).
• Valid driver license or state photo ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, passport, etc.).
• Auto insurance.
• CPR card (in-person required).
• TB or chest X-ray.
• Level 2 fingerprint background check.
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and medications CEU.
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsabilidades

• Performs personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, dressing, grooming).
• Supports ambulation and transfers; uses gait belts or related equipment as needed.
• Assists with meals, snacks, and hydration per instructions.
• Accompanies patient to errands or medical appointments.
• Performs housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry, bathrooms).
• Provides patient-specific activities including hospice support, medication reminders, and exercise assistance.
• Handles incontinence care and safety during daily routines.
• Assists with mobility equipment and patient transfers as required.

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):Personal Hygiene

• Ambulation/Transfers

• Dressing/Shaving

• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions

• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments

• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom

• Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):

Requirements:
