Job summary

Right at Home Palm Beach in Lake Worth, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our team. The role involves providing personal care, daily living assistance, and support for hospice-related activities in the home setting.

Applicants must have a CNA license or HHA certificate, a valid driver's license, Level 2 background check, TB or chest X-ray, and CPR certification. A Palm Beach County badge for HHAs is required.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check required.
• TB or Chest X-ray.
• CPR Card (in-person preferred).
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living.
• Assists with ambulation and transfers.
• Dresses, shaves and helps with grooming.
• Prepares meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompanies patient to appointments and runs errands.
• Performs housekeeping duties (vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry).
• Performs patient-specific activities including hospice support and medication reminders.
• Assists with exercises and mobility.
• Provides incontinence care.
• Uses lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
