Job summary

Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to support clients in Lake Worth, FL. The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Candidates should have a valid CNA/HHA background and be comfortable with in-home care, including medication reminders and transportation to appointments. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, odetime and holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and a rewards program for caregivers.

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
• Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):
• Providing hospice supportive care
• Assisting with exercises
• Incontinence care
• Medication Reminders

Preferred Experience in:

• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Companionship
• Light cleaning

Requirements:

• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)
• Auto Insurance
• CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU
• 1 letter of recommendation
