Alliance Homecare is seeking dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our private-duty care team in Paterson, NJ. The role offers $21/hour starting pay with weekly pay, flexible shifts, and orientation with benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, transfers, meals, light housekeeping, and documenting vital signs. Must have NJ HHA license and 6+ months of experience, with fluent English.

Qualificações

• Active New Jersey State HHA License
• 6+ months of HHA experience
• Fluent in English

• Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding

We provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients, and we’re looking for HHAs who take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy helping others.

Caregivers with reliable transportation who can commute to Paterson are encouraged to apply!

What we offer:

• $21/hour starting pay + Weekly pay

• Flexible Shifts – 4 to 12 hour day and night shifts
