Job summary

Alliance Homecare in Paramus, NJ is actively seeking Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our private-duty care team.

We offer $21/hour starting pay with weekly pay, flexible 4 to 12 hour day and night shifts, paid orientation, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), sick pay and holiday pay. Fluency in English and NJ State HHA license with 6+ months of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• NJ State HHA license required.
• 6+ months of HHA experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting
• Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Report changes in condition to the RN
• Provide care according to the client's plan of care
