Stand Out Home Care, a growing home care agency based in Hamilton, NJ, is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about high-quality care. You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and follow care plans from the nurse.

Qualifications

• Must have valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background check and health screening.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
