Job summary

Alliance Homecare in Newark, NJ is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our private-duty care team. We offer $21/hour starting pay with weekly pay, and flexible 4- to 12-hour day and night shifts to fit your schedule.

You will assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, meals, light housekeeping and monitoring vital signs, reporting changes to the RN, and following each care plan.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey State HHA License.
• 6+ months of HHA experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Report changes in condition to the RN.
• Provide care according to the client's plan of care.
