Job summary

Alliance Homecare – New Jersey is seeking dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our private-duty care team in Bergen County, NJ. We provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients, and we’re looking for HHAs who take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy helping others.

We offer $21/hour starting pay with weekly pay, flexible day and night shifts, paid orientation, and benefits including health insurance, a 401(k), sick pay and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey State HHA license.
• 6+ months of HHA experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting
• Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Report changes in condition to the RN
• Provide care according to the client's plan of care
