Job summary

Modivcare in Hackensack, NJ is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care. You’ll join a team that values your skills, offers flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time and weekend shifts, and supports professional growth.

Immediate opportunities available in Hackensack and surrounding towns. You will assist with bathing, dressing, movement and daily activities, provide companionship, light housekeeping and transport to appointments.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
• Availability to work in Hackensack and surrounding areas
• English/Bilingual English required
• Reliable transportation to and from client's home
• Reliable & compassionate care style

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing & personal care
• Frequent standing and walking; assist daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals)
• Light housekeeping, laundry & meals; provide companionship
• Transportation & errands (if applicable)
• Support daily routines to promote independence
