Alliance Homecare in Mahwah, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join a private-duty care team. We seek dependable and compassionate caregivers who can provide hands-on support and personalized care according to each client’s plan of care.

We offer $23/hour starting pay with weekly pay, flexible shifts, paid orientation, and benefits including health insurance and 401(k). Candidates should have an NJ HHA license and 6+ months of experience, and be fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting.

Important Experience:

We’re seeking HHAs with strong transfer and mobility assistance skills, a good understanding of fall prevention, and the ability to provide safe, hands-on support to clients with mobility needs.

Schedule:

• Sunday-Monday 12HRS PM

What we offer:
