Job summary

The Journey Ahead Home Care Agency is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care to seniors and adults in Cleveland and surrounding areas. Positions include full-time, part-time and flexible scheduling with competitive pay and weekly Friday distribution.

Caregivers will perform personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude.
• Reliable transportation required.
• STNA/CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Companionship and emotional support for clients.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Companionship and emotional support

• Medication reminders

• Accurate clock in/out and visit documentation using caregiver app
• Following individualized care plans

REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude
• Reliable transportation
• STNA/CNA certification preferred
• CPR/BLS & First Aid preferred
• Ability to pass background screening
• Home care experience is a plus
