Senior Helpers (US) is hiring compassionate caregivers to assist seniors at home in North Orange County. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for flexible shifts and a supportive team.

Training is paid, and bonuses are available to recognize outstanding service. Caregivers provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and help with daily activities across Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Garden Grove, Cypress, and surrounding areas.

Qualificações

• HCA/HHA/PCA certification required or willingness to complete training.
• 2 years working with seniors.
• Ability to follow a care plan and document care.
• Reliable transportation to shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if driving is part of the job.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship to seniors at home.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Prepare meals according to care plan.
• Document care and report changes in client condition.

Requirements:

• HCA/HHA/PCA
• 2 years working with Seniors
• Compassion, patience, dependability, and good communication.
• Ability to assist safely with personal care, meals, companionship, and daily activities.
• Ability to follow a care plan, document care, and report changes in a client’s condition.
• Reliable transportation to assigned shifts.
• A valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance if driving is part of the job.
• Relevant experience—or willingness to complete training. Prior paid caregiving experience does not have to be mandatory for every position.
