Senior Helpers of North Orange County is seeking warm, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care across Garden Grove, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, Lakewood, Cypress, Bellflower, Westminster, CA. This role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful, personal care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable using an app for daily documentation.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Personal or professional caregiving experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Support clients with mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and personal care.
• Deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in home settings.

Flexible Scheduling

We offer daytime, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts that you can select or combine depending on your goals. Whether you want only a few weekly hours or a fuller schedule, we help build a plan that fits your lifestyle.

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

• $19 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly.
• 5 sick days and holiday pay
