Job summary

Senior Helpers North Orange County is seeking warm, compassionate caregivers in North Orange County, CA for one-on-one in-home care. We value caregiver-first culture, flexible scheduling, local leadership, and a thoughtful matchmaking approach to pair you with clients.

All training is provided. Roles include companion, personal, and specialized care with pay ranging from $18 to $21 per hour, plus benefits and ongoing support to help you grow in your career.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and use of daily documentation app and office communications.

Requirements
