Job summary

Conexus Inc. is expanding its team in the Harrisburg and Philadelphia regions and seeks a Business Development/Marketing Representative.

The role focuses on growing the company’s presence in building automation and energy management through strategic client engagement, demonstrations, and collaborative marketing efforts. You will build relationships with facility managers, engineers, and executives, generate leads, deliver product demos, and help craft proposals and case studies.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC, building automation, or energy management systems
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience in controls, BAS, or related technologies
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, VAV systems)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
• Valid PA driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

Full-Time Positions Based in Central Pennsylvania or Greater Philadelphia, PA
