Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, construction, or a technical field.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Interest in building automation systems (HVAC/controls a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for controller and sensor replacements and follow up on quotes through completion.
• Assist with take‑offs, specification reviews, quantity calculations, and bid preparation.
• Process parts orders and help ensure projects move forward efficiently.
• Conduct customer follow‑up calls and quality assurance surveys to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for tracking proposals, service work, and customer activity.
• Participate in site visits and gain exposure to building automation systems and customer environments.
