Project Manager

Full-Time Positions Based in Central Pennsylvania or Greater Philadelphia, PA

This role is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented leader who takes ownership of projects from turnover to close-out and knows how to keep clients, subcontractors, and internal teams aligned.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Project Execution: Plan, schedule, and budget projects while overseeing installation labor, subcontractors, and technicians to keep jobs on track.
• Manage Subcontractor & Client Relationships: Build strong subcontractor partnerships, resolve issues quickly, and maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the project.
• Own the Details: Handle submittals, change orders, billing, and closeout documentation, while tracking financial targets and reporting progress to the Director of Operations.

What You'll Need:

• At least 5 years of related experience in project management or a similar field
• Hands-on experience managing DDC control projects, including work in the $50,000-$1 million range
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, VAV systems)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project software (Computer Ease a plus)
• Valid PA driver's license and ability to travel as needed
