Advanced Health Care Corporation is seeking a Diet Aide I to assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals for residents. The role supports cooks, ensures food safety, and helps maintain dining room cleanliness and organization.

The position is part-time with shifts including weekdays and weekends, days and nights, usually 8 hours per shift, onsite at our Reno facility. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a commitment to excellent resident service.

Mansioni

• Assist in preparation of food, garnishes, snacks and beverages per approved menus.
• Coordinate with cooks to serve meals while following food safety policies.
• Follow portion control guidelines and monitor temperatures to reduce waste.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, dishwashing and storage per schedule.
• Monitor equipment temperatures and notify supervisor if out of range.
• Buss dining areas and ensure dining room is clean and presentable before meals.
