Responsibilities

• Manage and lead client engagements, including monthly close and consulting projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Serve as a key client contact, building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor within budget and scope.
• Prepare and present financial results and analysis to client management, committees, and audit teams.
• Oversee client invoicing processes and coordinate follow-ups on collections.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster growth and collaboration.
• Assist with staffing, resource planning, and utilization management across engagements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure engagements comply with standards, methodologies, and best practices while monitoring metrics.
• Support practice leadership with strategic growth initiatives.
